About Us
GIgi Cioffi Spanola started her fitness and wellness journey as a teenager learning about the importance of nutrition, exercise and the subject of reflexology. Later, she furthered her exploration practicing Pilates and incorporating essential oils into her daily life. When going through a difficult personal situation, Gigi found meditation, and with the help of a dear friend her introduction to Yoga.
Starting first as a student, Gigi's love of Yoga blossomed and she decided to obtain her teaching certification so she could share the benefits with others. In May 2017, she received her 200 YTT certfication and then proceeded to obtain additional certifications in Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Children's Yoga and Wheel Yoga. Gigi continues to expand her yoga education and is currently enrolled in a 300 YTT certification. She believes in Yoga's many benefits and she continues to receive its many blessings, which she loves passing onto others.
Jigna Mehta is a proud mother of two children and has a loving husband. Taking care of her family has been her number one priority.
Out of the many hats she wears, one of them, being a care taker for her family members. Yoga helped her relieve her stress. Practicing yoga helped her to be mindful, strong and happy. She started going to local yoga events. One of them being beach yoga. That inspired her to bring outdoor yoga to her local community park. Jigna put her idea into motion and started small park yoga - free outdoor yoga for all.
In December 2019, Jigna received her 200 YTT certification. She will continue to deliver the joy and benefits of yoga.
