  • Vinyasa - a method  of yoga in which movements form a flowing sequence in coordination with the breath. 
  • Restorative - is a practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. During the long holds of restorative yoga , however, your muscles are allowed to relax deeply.
  • Chair Yoga - is a gentle form  of yoga that is practiced sitting on a  chair, or standing using a chair for support.
  • Yin Yoga - is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures that are held for longer periods of time.
  • Wheel Yoga - A yoga wheel is a piece of yoga equipment used to help with a number of different asanas and yoga-inspired exercises.
  • Children's Yoga - Doing yoga, children exercise, play, connect more deeply with the inner self, and develop an intimate relationship with the natural world that surrounds them.
  • Yoga Nidra - Yoga Nidra or yogic sleep is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping. It is a state in which the body is completed relaxed, and the practitioner becomes systematically and increasingly aware of the inner world by following a set of verbal instruction.

All classes are brought to you in the comfort of your home.

All blocks, blankets, bolsters, etc., are supplied by us.

All classes can be provided in either a private setting or in a group setting.
